From HSBC BANK PLC / Prime World Bank at 16% per year Issue & Delivery AT FRONT via SWIFT MT760 under the following Procedures
BG OR SBLC IS CASH BACKED, TRANSFERABLE, ASSIGNABLE WITHOUT PRESENTATION TO THE ISSUING BANK AND WITHOUT PAYMENT OF ANY TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT FEE FROM LESSEE IF LESSEE EXERCISES SUCH TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT.
PROCEDURES With ONLY 2% ESCROW Upon the execution of agreement(s) by both the Principal and Service Provider the following shall occur…
Within Three (3) banking days of execution of the Service Agreement or Deed of Agreement and Escrow Agreement, the Lessee shall deposit a sum of Two (2%) Percent of the Instrument Face Value in to Lessee’s designated one of the 6 (six) USA acceptable Escrow Attorney/Agent account (Lessee shall send to Lessor a clear copy of the wire transfer with confirmation or tracking numbers via email).
Upon the Escrow Account being funded, a REFUNDABLE (only after transaction closes) the sum to Lessor’s designated bank account as per executed agreement(s) to cover the expenses related to the processing, delivery, handling and SWIFT transmission for the issuance of the Bank Guarantee via swift MT760 – IMPORTANT to know that if Lessees requires SWIFT MT799 Pre-Advice the above sum out of the Escrow will also cover the issuing of both SWIFTS MT799/MT760 (so there is not extra expenses for swifts when the 2% Escrow is use by Lessee)
Notice that the sum to cover the expenses related to the Pre-Advice MT799 (if requested), the processing, delivery, handling and SWIFT transmission for the issuance of the Bank Guarantee (BG/SBLC) via swift MT760/MT799 is 100% Refundable at closing or can be deducted by Lessee out of the remaining 14% Instrument Face Value due after MT760/MT799 is delivered to Lessee AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS UP FRONT FEES OF TYPE OR FORM.
Upon delivery and confirmation of the sum; BUT within 4 (Four) Transactional banking days, Lessor shall instruct the issuing of the Pre-Advice SWIFT MT799 (if is required) -and/or- Lessor shall instruct HSBC Bank PLC (Prime World Bank) to issue and deliver the Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 in favour of Lessee’s banking coordinates for verification, authentication and settlement (Lessor shall notify Lessee via email).
Upon the Upon the HSBC BANK PLC issuance of the BG SWIFT MT760 an Export copy of the Swift Transmission of the BG will be provided to the Lessor, Lessee, and The Escrow Agent/Attorney. Upon the Lessee receiving the Swift Export copy the Lessee will have Three (3) Banking days from the day it was received to confirm and authenticate the BG/SWIFT MT760.
On the 4th day after deliver the Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 in favour of Lessee’s banking coordinates the remaining 14% of instrument face value Due to Lessor must be summated by Lessee by UN-Conditional MT103 or UN-Conditional ICBPO a) After MT103 remittance the Lessee shall extend a courtesy clear copy of the wire transfers/Swift MT/103 with confirmation or tracking numbers to Lessor and the respective Consultants via email - or b) After ICBPO remittance the Lessee shall extend a courtesy clear copy of the original ICBPO to Lessor and the respective Consultants via email and send Original ICBPO to the address provided by the Lender or as agreed on the signed Lending Agreement(s).
Lessor shall deliver the hardcopy of BG via bank bonded courier within seven (7) banking days after receipt and confirmation of the Lease and Consultants’ fee.
 PROCEDURES Without ESCROW Upon the execution of agreement(s) by both the Principal and Service Provider the following shall occur…
a) Without Pre-Advice Within Three (3) banking days of execution of the Service Agreement or Deed of Agreement, the Lessee shall deposit the sum in to Lessor’s designated bank account as per executed agreement(s) to cover the expenses related to the processing, delivery, handling and SWIFT transmission for the issuance of the Bank Guarantee via swift MT760.
Upon delivery and confirmation of above sum. Lender within 4 (Four) Transactional banking days shall instruct HSBC Bank PLC (Prime World Bank) to issue and deliver the Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 in favour of Lessee’s banking coordinates for verification, authentication and settlement
b) With Pre-Advice MT799 If SWIFT MT799 Pre-Advice is require by Lessee the following will apply Within Three (3) banking days of execution of the Service Agreement or Deed of Agreement, the Lessee shall deposit the sum in to Lessor’s designated bank account as per executed agreement(s) to cover the processing, delivery, handling and SWIFT transmission for the issuance of Pre-Advice via swift MT799 –AND- cover the issuance of the Bank Guarantee via swift MT760
Upon delivery and confirmation of the sum; BUT within 4 (Four) Transactional banking days, Lender shall instruct the issuing of the Pre-Advice SWIFT MT799 and shall instruct HSBC Bank PLC (Prime World Bank) to issue and deliver the Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 in favour of Lessee’s banking coordinates for verification, authentication and settlement
Notice that the sum to cover the expenses related to the Pre-Advice MT799 (if requested), the processing, delivery, handling and SWIFT transmission for the issuance of the Bank Guarantee (BG/SBLC) via swift MT760/MT799 is 100% Refundable at closing or can be deducted by Lessee out of the remaining 14% Instrument Face Value due after MT760/MT799 is delivered to Lessee AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS UP FRONT FEES OF TYPE OR FORM.
On the 4th day after deliver the Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 in favour of Lessee’s banking coordinates the remaining 16% of instrument face value Due to Lessor must be summated by Lessee by UN-Conditional MT103 or UN-Conditional ICBPO a) After MT103 remittance the Lessee shall extend a courtesy clear copy of the wire transfers/Swift MT/103 with confirmation or tracking numbers to Lessor and the respective Consultants via email - or b) After ICBPO remittance the Lessee shall extend a courtesy clear copy of the original ICBPO to Lessor and the respective Consultants via email and send Original ICBPO to the address provided by the Lender or as agreed on the signed Lending Agreement(s).
Lessor shall deliver the hardcopy of BG via bank bonded courier within seven (7) banking days after receipt and confirmation of the Lease and Consultants’ fee.

LESSEE MUST CONFIRM TO BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT IN A LENDER’S DESIGNATED ACCOUNT OR LENDER ACCEPTED ESCROW AGENT/ATTORNEY’S ACCOUNT THE EXPENSES DUE TO PERMIT TO COVER DELIVERY/VERIFICATION OF THE SWIFT MT760 AND THE SWIFT MT799 (if required).
